What to Expect With Your First Facial

The initial facial consultation starts with an examination of the skin under a professional magnifying light. A discussion on the medical history, allergies and home care routine is documented. The optimum facial will be determined to best fit the client’s necessities.

Facial Treatment Steps

Cleansing

The facial starts with a thorough cleansing of the skin. We performed a double gentle massaging cleanse into the skin to remove all the makeup, dirty oil and other residues.

Exfoliation

Exfoliation makes the skin smooth. Specific products penetrate the skin surface and unblock dirty pores.This process stimulates cell turnover.

Facial Massage

Massages promote physiological relaxation while increasing the circulation and metabolism of the face. This increases the penetration of the skin care products. The treatment includes a relaxing combination of a lymphatic facial massage and pressure point movements to the face, neck, décolleté, and arms using a gentle non-irritating oil.

Treatment Mask

Masks draw out impurities, clear up blemishes, tighten and tone the skin. This treatment hydrates, calms and rejuvenates the skin. The client’s skin condition dictates which mask will be used.

Toners

Toners finish the cleansing process, helping balance the skin pH and also help skin problems such a hydration and acne.

Moisturizer

Neck firming cream and lip hydrating cream are applied last.
